Display a Customer’s Place in Line Before the Chat Starts

Let your customers know how far away they are from the magical phrase: “You’re up next!” Display the customer’s place in line on the snap-in to let them know where they are in the agent’s queue.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions, using the Snap-ins code snippet version 5.0 and later.

How: Make sure the chat button that’s assigned to your Snap-ins deployment has the Enable Queue setting enabled in your Live Agent settings. In Snap-ins setup, select Show queue position.
