Service Setup Gets a New Look
The Service Setup page in Lightning Experience has been redesigned
to give you dynamic recommendations, an overview of your org’s current usage, and dashboards
that let you see how your support center’s doing. Recommended Setup serves up setup flows,
one-step experiences, and resources like videos and Trailhead modules.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in all editions with the Service
Cloud.
