Personalize Engage Emails with Salesforce Files
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.
Who: This feature is available to users with a Salesforce Engage license.
How: Enable Content Deliveries and Public Links for users. Then sales reps upload a file or choose a Salesforce file. A public link to the file, which is styled to look like an attachment, is added to the message. Reps can also insert an inline image into the email. Files that reps upload to the Engage Campaigns editor are saved to the Salesforce library. Because of API limitations, users in Professional edition orgs can’t upload files from the Engage email editor, but they can choose a Salesforce file.
