Enhance your Report and Dashboard View in Lightning Experience
Where: These changes apply to Lightning Experience in Group, Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
Who: All users can customize their report and dashboard lists.
Why: It’s helpful to see the information you want at a glance. For example, you might have lots of reports that you’ve accumulated over the years and not even know which ones are useful anymore. Now it’s a simple click to sort on Report Last Run Date. You’ll instantly find out which reports have been run mostly recently and which ones are sitting there gathering dust. Other column operations, like resizing and deciding which columns to display, help you tune the Enhanced List View even more.
How: Try any of these actions on the Reports or Dashboards tab.
Sort on a Selected Column. Move your cursor to a column header to see the current sort order. An up arrow indicates A to Z or lowest to highest ordering; a down arrow indicates the reverse. To change the sort order for a column, click the column header.

Resize Columns. To resize a column, move your cursor to the column divider and drag the divider to the left or right.

- WRAP TEXT. Continue text on additional lines as needed so all content is shown.
- CLIP TEXT. Display only the content that fits in the column.

Select Columns to Display. Click the gear icon and choose Select Columns. Use the arrows to select at least 3 columns to display, then click Save to save the changes and redisplay the Reports or Dashboards list.
