Use Source Report Charts in Dashboard Components
Where: This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
Who:
- To use a report chart in a dashboard component, you need the Create and Customize Dashboards user permission.
- To use a report chart in a dynamic dashboard component, you need the Manage Dynamic Dashboards user permission.
Why: You’ve already charted data just the way you like in a report. Instead of recreating the chart from scratch, surface it in a dashboard component.
How: Add or edit a dashboard component, and then select Use chart settings from report.
