Do More with the Snap-Ins Chat Component
You can now set a routing order for chats and display the customer’s
place in line before the chat starts. If you use offline support, you can set the label that
appears on the snap-in when your agents are offline. And you can add the static resource names
for your external scripts and styles that you want to use to create custom chat events.
Where: This feature is available in Lightning communities, accessed through Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic. Communities are available in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
