Streamline Your List Views with Detailed Filters

You no longer have to switch to Salesforce Classic to use detailed list view filter criteria. Find important data in your list views with more detailed filters in Lightning Experience, and supercharge your workflow.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience for Essential, Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Why: Want to see all the open leads in your sales queue from your latest email campaign? How about your opportunities in Asia that have a high probability of closing? Stay on top of your accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and custom objects by surfacing the most relevant information when you need it. With these new filters, you can filter:
  • Accounts by territory
  • Accounts, cases, and opportunities by teams
  • Contacts by campaign
  • Leads by queue and campaign
  • Opportunities by territory
  • Custom objects by queue

Filtering opportunities by territory is available only for the original Territory Management feature. It isn’t available for Enterprise Territory Management.

These filters work with existing field filters, so you can create and share nuanced list views with your team.

How: Using these new filters is easy. Choose an object, and click list view filters icon to access the Filters panel. From there, choose the filters you want to add. The new filter options show up right where your other filter options are.
