Additional Enhancements in Einstein Analytics for Android
Where: These changes apply to Einstein Analytics for Android. Einstein Analytics is available in Developer Edition and for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions.
Why: Enhancements in the latest releases include the following features.
- Explore charts with Drill In and Details actions. Double-tap a chart on a
dashboard, or open a lens. Then tap an element of the chart to select it. The
Details icon in the lower screen shows you the data behind your selection. The
Drill In icon lets you explore that data further.
- Access and share your filtered dashboard views. When a dashboard has more than
one saved view, you can tap the down-arrow next to a dashboard’s name to select
other views.
- Take charge of dashboard filters with the Global Filters widget. When a
dashboard has global filters, you’ll see the filter icon (
) in the lower part of the screen. Tap it to open the Global
Filters panel, where you can adjust filters and see the affect across multiple
dashboard widgets.
