Cloud Scheduler Is Being Retired

Cloud Scheduler began phased retirement in Winter ‘17. It’s unavailable in Salesforce orgs created in Winter ‘17 or later. If you enabled Cloud Scheduler before Winter ‘17, it remains available in your org until Winter '18. This change applies to Salesforce Classic only.
Available in: All Editions Except Personal Edition and Database.com
