This feature is available in Lightning Experience, Salesforce Classic, and all versions of the Salesforce1 mobile app. However, it takes
effect only for flows that use Lightning runtime.
Each field rule consists of conditions (1) and field settings (2). The conditions specify
when to execute the rule. The field settings let you control whether the field is visible,
hidden, required, or optional.
You want to ask your users how they prefer to be contacted. Reveal the Phone Number
textbox only if they prefer calls or texts, and reveal the Email Address textbox only if
they prefer emails.
