Set Up Voice Features

Once you’ve purchased Voice licenses, activate Voice and assign the permissions to different users. This feature is available in Lightning Experience only.
  1. Make sure that your environment supports Voice.
  2. Enable Voice in your org.
  3. Create a permission set that includes Voice features.
  4. Assign the permission set to users.

After you’ve implemented Voice, your sales reps can each select a Voice number from the My Voice Settings page in their personal settings. Each license is allowed one dedicated number. For more information, see “Assign a Voice Number” in the Salesforce Help.
