- Make sure that your environment supports Voice.
- Enable Voice in your org.
- Create a permission set that includes Voice features.
- Assign the permission set to users.

After you’ve implemented Voice, your sales reps can each select a Voice number from the My Voice Settings page in their personal settings. Each license is allowed one dedicated number. For more information, see “Assign a Voice Number” in the Salesforce Help.
