Being out of the office is no longer a blocker if your Sales professionals need to
delegate records or reassign record ownership to keep your business processes moving forward.
Salesforce1 users can now change record owners for accounts, campaigns, cases, contacts, leads,
opportunities, work orders, and custom objects. The new Change Owner
action, accessible from the action bar, is available in all versions of the Salesforce1 mobile app.
The Change Owner action appears only if the user has permission to
change record ownership. And same as in the full Salesforce site, a user can give ownership of a
record to another user as long as the new owner has a minimum of “Read” permission for the type
of record being transferred. See Change a Record’s Owner in
