Previously, it wasn’t possible to show fields from asset records and service contract records in a Salesforce console’s highlights panel. In Summer ʼ15, you can add fields from the assets and service contracts objects to the highlights panel. Support agents can easily see information about customers’ assets and service contracts in the highlights panel.
