View Reports in Lightning Communities (Generally Available)

Review, analyze, and collaborate on your report records directly from your community.

Where: This change applies to Lightning communities accessed through Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Who: The report run page is available to users with a Partner Community or Customer Community Plus license.

Why: With the report run page, users can view reports with:
  • Key metrics in the header
  • Toggle switches to hide or view report properties
  • Report management tools in the report header
  • Sort and drill functionality for record groups
How: The report run page is available in the following community templates:
  • Build Your Own
  • Customer Account Portal
  • Customer Service
  • Partner Central
If you already enabled reports in your community, the report run page is automatically available to you. If the report run page isn’t available after you enable reports, republish your community.

With all Salesforce reports, to view, edit, or delete a report you must have access to it.
