Report Builder for Lightning Communities (Generally Available)

Create, delete, and edit reports directly from your community.

Where: This change applies to Lightning communities accessed through Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Who: The Report Builder page is available to community users with a Partner Community or Customer Community Plus license.

How: Lightning Report Builder is available in the following community templates:
  • Build Your Own
  • Customer Account Portal
  • Customer Service
  • Partner Central
If you already enabled reports in your community, the New Report button is available on the Report List page in your community. Add the Report List page to your community if you haven’t already. If the button isn’t available after you enabled reports, republish your community.

With all Salesforce reports, to view, edit, or delete a report you must have access to it.
