Add More Videos to Your Salesforce CMS Workspace

We’ve increased video support for the Salesforce CMS rich text editor to include four new providers. In addition to the existing video providers, you can now enhance your content with videos from Wistia, Brightcove, Cloudinary, and Amplience.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Essentials, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Who: To access Salesforce CMS and create content, you must have a contributor role in that CMS workspace.

How: From the Salesforce App Launcher, find and open Salesforce CMS. Select a CMS Workspace, then Create Content. In the rich text editor, select the Video Icon icon. You can add URL links to videos from any of the following providers:
  • YouTube
  • Vimeo
  • Vidyard
  • Wistia
  • Brightcove
  • Cloudinary
  • Amplience

Tip

If your video isn’t displaying in the editor, add the URL link to the Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) whitelist so Salesforce can access the link and display the video.
