Channel Content to Other Internal and External Endpoints
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Essentials, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
Who: To access Salesforce CMS and create content, you must be a Salesforce admin or Content admin in that CMS workspace. To create CMS channels and workspaces, enable the Manage CMS Workspaces and Channels user permission.
How: To enable access to the Salesforce CMS Home, open the relevant user profile in Setup. In the Tab Settings section, set CMS Experiences, CMS Home, and CMS Workspaces to Default On.
From the Salesforce App Launcher, find and open the Salesforce CMS app. Select. Name your channel, then select Other Channel: Marketing Cloud, Heroku, and More. Choose a Permission Set, then Create. From your CMS Workspace, select Add Channel. Then add the channel you created.
