Delete Content from Your Salesforce CMS Workspaces
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Essentials, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
Who: To access Salesforce CMS and delete content, you must have a contributor role in that CMS workspace.
How: In Salesforce CMS, open a CMS workspace and select the content item to delete. On the content details page, from the action list in the page header, click Delete.
Content items can have multiple versions; when you delete one version of a specific item, all versions are also deleted. You can restore deleted content from the Recycle Bin, which is available from the App Launcher.
