Add Your Own Voice to Salesforce Boilerplate Identity Verification Emails

Tailor your community’s identity verification emails. When users verify their identity by email, Salesforce sends a generic email notification with a verification code. You can reword the message to control how you communicate with your customers and partners. Users receive a verification email whenever they’re required to verify their identity. For example, during login discovery, passwordless login, configurable self-registration, device activation, and U2F device registration.

Where: This feature is available in all communities accessed through Lightning Experience, Salesforce Classic, and all versions of the mobile app. Communities are available in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

How: Salesforce provides the One-Time Password email template for communities to handle identity verification. You can use it as is or make it your own. Enable the One-Time Password email template from the Emails page of the Administration Workspace. One-Time Password Email Template
