They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Let your agents request a file transfer from your chat visitors to get the whole picture of what’s going on. Enable Agent File Transfer in the Live Agent configuration assigned to the agents who handle chats from your snap-ins. This change applies to both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic.
To upload a file, the visitor uses the paperclip icon to select a file and then clicks Send. A progress indicator shows the visitor that the upload is in the works.
