Partner Central community solution
Partner Central is designed with partner relationship management (PRM) workflows in mind, so you can:
  • Get a 360-degree view of your entire partner life cycle and track your pipeline, deal closures, and conversion rates with dashboards and reports.
  • Manage partner recruitment, onboarding, channel sales, and channel marketing from a single location.
  • Automate lead distribution and pass leads to partners in the intuitively designed Lead Inbox, all with a few clicks and no code.
  • Configure quick actions to let partners register deals, get insights into your channel sales pipeline, and manage channel conflicts.
  • Share onboarding and sales collateral with all your partners in a central repository.
  • Integrate Service Cloud features to let partners file cases, including on behalf of customers.
  • Customize global search to display only the objects shared with your partners.

Partner Central also has the same flexibility and extensibility that you’re accustomed to with other Lightning communities, so you can:
  • Build custom pages and use custom branding.
  • Expose more CRM objects and data that suit your sales needs, such as marketing campaigns and cases.
  • Use audience targeting by geolocation, and create personalized content for your channel partners by their geographical location.
  • Take advantage of the new Summer ’17 features, such as global notifications and the App Launcher.
Partner Central is your one-stop shop for your partner relationship management needs. Go ahead and extend your CRM to channel partners in a rich, modern, and responsive experience. Sounds too good to be true? Check it out for yourself. Partner Central community home page

  • To use Partner Central, you must have at least one Partner Community license in your org.
  • We’re retiring the Lightning Partner Management package announced in Spring ‘17 in favor of the Partner Central solution. We recommend that you use Partner Central for your PRM needs starting with Summer ’17.
  • Partner Central doesn’t support some features that you get out of the box with Customer Service (Napili), such as direct messaging and self-service support. That said, you can still configure and expose cases and other Salesforce objects as you like to configure more functionality. For a full list of features that aren’t supported, see the Salesforce Help.
