Help Customers Discover and Interact with Content Using the Improved Article Detail Page

A slew of improvements on the article detail page help community members follow articles, discover new ones, and give a simple up or down vote.

Out-of-the-box article detail pages now include a follow button and a related articles component. At the bottom of an article, members can now see all the topics that have been assigned to it. Members can also click a topic to see all the articles associated with it.

Voting on articles is also simplified. When you select Allow voting on articles in the Article Content component, your community sees the prompt Was this article helpful? with a thumbs up or down button on the bottom of each article. Community members vote on the helpfulness of the article, and admins can analyze the results and change articles as needed.
