Support for multiple list views means you can create list views for different use cases, so technicians can easily populate the schedule screen with the records they need. Your mobile workforce is able to use the list view picker at the top of the schedule screen to easily change from one list view to another. The default service appointment list view is the only list view which is primed for offline availability however.
List view columns are also more robust with the number of list view columns going from 2 to 4. The list view columns also support reference fields although you can’t open one by tapping it from the schedule screen.
