Less Is More—the Compact Case Feed

If you’ve ever had a case that drags on and on, you know that the case feed becomes a very busy place. So we’ve cut out much of the “noise” for your agents using Lightning Service Console. This change applies to Lightning Experience only.

Feed posts below the first one are now condensed by default, so you can scan the page and quickly get the gist of what’s happened on a case. Need more info on a post? Just click expand post icon or the post header to see the details. Or click expand all visible posts icon to expand all visible posts and get the full picture.
