With intuitive visualizations based on your field service data, the app provides actionable insights for field service managers and dispatchers. You get a clear picture of your data to optimize service for every on-site appointment. Field Services Wave Analytics empowers managers with answers to help their technicians deliver personalized, actionable customer service.

To use Field Service Wave, your org must be enabled to use Field Service Lightning. Wave datasets are based on Field Service Lightning’s new object model. The app is bundled with the Service Analytics app.

App creation is easy: Select the template and click Create. Wave does the rest and creates two dashboards based on your Field Service Lightning data. The Work Order Performance dashboard summarizes field service KPIs, including work order volume, average work time, and first-time fix rates. The Technician Performance dashboard focuses on each technician's work order volume, including prioritization, travel time, and mean time to repair. Managers can also measure and monitor Due date and SLA violations.
