Schedule an Event Series (Generally Available)
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and all versions of the Salesforce app in Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
- If you have platform encryption enabled for the Event Description field, event series created or updated in Spring ’19 are encrypted.
- Sales reps can update custom fields.
- When changes are needed, sales reps can remove a single event, all events from a specific occurrence onward, and an entire series.
How: To let your reps schedule event series, on the page layout for events, add the Repeat checkbox. Then, to schedule a series, reps can select Repeat.
