Make Your Email Even Smarter When You Combine Email Insights
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. This change also applies to the Salesforce Inbox mobile app, which is available for an extra cost in Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.
Who: Reps need the Customize Application user permission to create and edit custom email insights. Custom Einstein Email Insights aren’t available for Einstein Activity Capture Standard users.
Why: Your reps love the standard email insights, and they’ll love them even more now that they can combine them with each other and with keywords.
On the Custom tab, reps can choose one or more standard insights along with 10 keywords. There’s almost no limit to the number of combinations reps can create. Targeting the perfect customer is even easier.
Custom email insights appear in the activity timeline and email detail page, just like standard email insights. For users of the Inbox mobile app, custom email insights appear in their inbox.
