Accelerate Sales with the High Velocity Sales Work Queue in Microsoft® Outlook®

Sales reps working in Outlook have access to the Work Queue functionality from High Velocity Sales. With access in Outlook, sales reps can work through their queue from where they prefer to work: Lightning Experience or their email application.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.

Who: Users with the High Velocity Sales permission set and the Inbox permission set can see the Work Queue after it’s added to the email application pane.

How: After High Velocity Sales and Inbox are enabled, use the Lightning App Builder to update the email application panes to include the Work Queue component. For the best experience, we recommend adding a tab to the Outlook integration Tab component and placing the Work Queue component in the new tab. Include the component in each pane assigned to your inside sales reps who use the High Velocity Sales features.
