Take advantage of two new question types to gather more refined data from your customers. The Net Promoter Score® (NPS®) question type assesses your customers’ loyalty for your products and services. Use the Ranking question type to gauge your participants’ preferences from a list of choices.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Developer, and Unlimited editions where Salesforce Surveys is enabled.

How: In the Survey Builder, click the Add Question dropdown to add the new question types to your survey.
