Add the Work Queue Component to Email Application Panes
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Essentials, Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
Who: Companies with High Velocity Sales and Inbox enabled can add the Work Queue component to their email application panes.
How: For the best experience, we recommend adding a tab to the Outlook integration Tab component, and placing the Work Queue component in that new tab. Include the component in each pane assigned to your inside sales reps who use the High Velocity Sales features.
