Create Apps from Templates to Jump-Start Your Analytics Journey
With Analytics Templates, you’re just a few clicks away from an Analytics app that’s right for your business. Templates for customers with public sector case management, environmental sustainability, and financial services lead the way, with many more right behind them.
New Names and Licensing for Financial Services Analytics Templates
The Financial Advisor Analytics template has been renamed Wealth Starter Analytics, and Retail Banking Analytics is now called Consumer Banking Starter Analytics. Both are part of a suite of Einstein Analytics apps for Financial Services Cloud customers and require the FSCAnalyticsPlus (Einstein Analytics for Financial Services) license.
Link to Pages in Different Dashboards
Take dashboard viewers straight to where they need to go with links to specific pages in other dashboards. Previously, you could only link to the dashboard itself, leaving viewers to find their own way to the page they wanted. Now you can link to a specific page in the dashboard.
Customize Combo Charts with Bars, Lines, and Stacks
For combo and time combo charts, previously, the first measure appeared as a bar, and the subsequent measures appeared as lines. Now you can choose which measures to display as lines or bars. You can also stack all bars to show and compare parts of a whole.
Customize Derived Dimension Values
You can customize display labels and colors of derived dimension values without using JSON. Assign new labels to the values and apply colors to them directly from the explorer. To match the user experience when working with dimensions, we updated the interface for customizing dimensions as well. You now get the same easier-to-use interface in a lens when customizing dimension values.
Forecast the Future from the Explorer
To maximize your bottom line and minimize losses, you need to plan your business expenses and forecast sales projections. We made the timeseries functions available in the compare-table formula editor so that you can predict those numbers faster.
