Removed Personal Data from Web-to-Case and Web-to-Lead Emails
To help you comply with various data protection and privacy regulations, we updated our emails sent to you when Web-to-Case or Web-to-Lead fails. Emails no longer include personal data that was inserted by third-party packages. This change applies to both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic.
