Manage Questions in Chatter with Question-to-Case (Generally Available)

Chatter Questions lets users ask questions in the feed in your Salesforce organization and communities. With Question-to-Case, questions that aren’t resolved can be escalated to cases, making it easier to quickly resolve users’ issues.
Available in: Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

Question-to-Case is available in all Salesforce organizations and communities where Chatter Questions is enabled. Moderators can escalate questions to cases directly in the feed. You can also set up processes—similar to workflow rules—in the Lightning Process Builder that automatically create cases from questions that meet specified criteria.
