Salesforce1 Support for Communities

Starting in Spring ‘14, you can view and switch between your communities and your internal organization in Salesforce1.

Salesforce1 provides access to your communities while on the go! The intuitive interface and easy navigation make it simple to switch between communities and get the information you need. Simply use the drop-down at the top of the navigation menu to switch from your internal organization into a community. Members of your communities that have Customer Community, Partner Community, or other supported portal licenses, can also use Salesforce1 to access their communities.

Communities is available in the Salesforce1 mobile browser app and works similar to the full site, with some minor differences. For more information, see Differences in Using Communities.
