Users can export reports in order to work with specialized applications, such as Microsoft Excel, by clicking Export Details on the report run page.
By default, Salesforce adds five rows to the bottom of the .csv or Excel file that’s created, containing some metadata that may be useful.
You can suppress this information for all reports that users export. From Setup, click, then select Export Reports Without Footers.
